Clients are able to outsource all or part of their business processes according to their preferences. Our clients can also choose to enter into a pure variable pricing contract* or a fixed/variable contract. We are specialists in our industry and are therefore prepared to "underwrite" our performance.
* Subject to a once-off agreed fee in respect of initial take on/migration and product configuration costs.

Performance metrics are an integral part of LAS's outsourcing contracts. We have developed a comprehensive set of service standards (quantitative measures) and qualitative measures (eg customer surveys) to ensure our clients expectations are met at all times.
