John Groves Chairman

John has been in the information technology industry since 1980. Prior to starting Fintechnix (formerly Esprit IT) he was a project manager and chief designer on several financial services IT projects. John formed Fintechnix in 1991, primarily as a development services company specialising in the financial services industry. He developed the Fintechnix Administration Platform over a number of years and it is now recognised as one of the leading life insurance administration platforms in the region. It has been implemented at many of Australia's leading financial services companies such as NRMA, St George, Citibank, ING Australia and Soloman Smith Barney.

Philip Fourie General Manager

Philip has a blend of senior executive experience with over 10 years across the life and general insurance industries having also spent a number of years in consulting and sales roles in the software industry. His experience includes general management, product development, actuarial and IT consulting related to demutualizations and large scale system development and replacement projects.
